The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The traditional Japanese cultural experiences such as Yukata outfits, Origami tutorials, and Calligraphy were a delightful addition. The room offers a stunning view of Mt. Fujisan and the tatami mats and Japanese style beds were extremely comfortable. The fully equipped kitchen and beautiful cutlery were great for cooking our meals. a wonderful experience.
Felt like part of the family, nothing to complain about.

The guesthouse had traditional Japanese tatami and futon rooms, which added to the authentic experience. The location was very convenient, close to the train station and the shores of a beautiful lake. Plus, we could easily walk to the Kachikachi-yama ropeway. The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making our stay even better.
While staying in a traditional home was a unique experience, it meant that we could hear noises from other guests and feel a bit cool at night when the heater was turned off. However, the guesthouse provided free earplugs and an extra blanket in the room, which was thoughtful.

More breakfast choices would have made our stay even better.

Convenient location near the train station. Sufficient kitchen facilities for use. Free storage for luggage. Authentic cultural experiences offered by the staff
Uncomfortable traditional pad beds for guests who weigh more. Noisy upstairs neighbors in the dormitory.
